I was an anaest MO few years back...
these are few machines from various types that we have...used to be my close 'buddy' for years...givin me good times n bad times experience....
its me...with our version of Datex Ohmeda back then in Muar...my first experience using anaesthetic machines.......in memories :)
This is what most of anaesthetist do...giving gas n anaesthetic drugs thru out operation...including the famous PROPOFOL...ahaks...
Keje nie x sesenang yg dilihat....sebenonye semua deria digunakan masa satu2 operation berlangsung.....dan kalu massive op tu x yah cite ler...kalu bole nk tambah lg 6th, 7th sense dan lagi...dan lagi...
...and we do plays with different colours n types of spinal needles...(that add colours to our job as well :p)...kitorg pun biasanye ada fav needle masing2....mcm serasi jer gitu dgn certain needles tu....chewah!
Again, prosedur nie pun x semudah yg dilihat.....to get the real 'feel' memang amik masa...tp kalu da skillful tu bg je la patient ape pun...tengok sebelah mata pun da boleh wat... :p
Nie plak epidural catheter insertion....awal2 dulu mcm manic phase la kalu dpt chance wat prosedur nie...sbb MO yg sgt junior biasanye lom bole buat prosedur nie sorang2....pastu bile da ok, nie je ler keje nye...
Tu ler antara apparatus yg kitorg guna dan da jd bread n butter kitorg kt dlm OT tu...blum lg yg kt dlm ICU...lagi complicated...n actually anaesthetist do more than what we can see......
Apa2 pun tu sume da jd memories utk aku...sume mende2 tu mmg manis utk dikenang...tp utk mengulangi nye semula ????? mungkin tidak.... :)
